FIREBIRD POETRY – VOICES FROM THE HEART
Firebird Poetry has been launched to help aspiring poets publish on the worldwide internet their own poems with minimal cost and technical effort.
If you wish to let the world read and comment on your creative efforts then this is the web site for you. If you are a poet at heart and wish to submit some original work, you will find a global audience here.

We ask that your submitted work is in English and we have no problem if it is a work in translation. We are very keen to accept works from all over world.

HOW DOES YOUNG FIREBIRD WORK?
Registration is free and will allow you to review all poems posted on Firebird.

We regret that we cannot accept postal submissions due to the time taken to transcribe them.

Once your works are posted, they will be there for all registered users to read and comment on.

HOW LONG WILL MY POEM REMAIN ONLINE?
All poems uploaded will remain online for an indefinite period unless Poets require them to be taken down. Simply email us requesting us to remove them if you wish.

WILL I BE AUTOMATICALLY ENTERED INTO THE ANNUAL COMPETITION IF I UPLOAD MY POEM?
Yes, all poems are eligible for competition entry year on year. If you do not wish to enter the competition, simply select the relevant check box at registration.

WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM SUBMITTING MY WORK?
Please let us know via our contact form and we will make every effort to assist you quickly.

WHAT IF I WANT TO REMOVE A COMMENT SOMEONE HAS MADE ON MY WORK?
Please email us and we will investigate if the comment contravenes our terms. We do ask that comments are respectful but all submissions will of course be open to criticism.
